Then I spend two days inside the business — talking with you and your team, looking at the numbers and systems, and spending time shoulder-to-shoulder with the people doing the work.

How the Business Checkup works

Before I arrive, I do my homework. You'll complete a short questionnaire and share the information you already use to run the business so I arrive ready to ask better questions.
Day One is about understanding the business — your goals, numbers, people, roles, routines, decisions, challenges, and opportunities.
Day Two gets me inside the work. I'll talk with your people, observe the operation, and spend time shoulder-to-shoulder with the team to understand how things actually happen.
Then I step away and connect the dots. I identify the few areas I believe deserve your attention first and turn them into a practical 90-day plan.
Finally, we review it together. You challenge what I see, we refine the recommendations, and you leave with a plan you understand and can actually use.
